Responsibilities
- Lead professional customer engagements, product introductions, and application discussions with quality, operations, procurement, and management stakeholders
- Communicate FLORAEX product value, application method, safety considerations, and operational benefits in a clear scientific and commercially relevant manner
- Plan and support product evaluations, samples, demonstrations, and first use activities at customer sites
- Capture customer requirements, application observations, and market feedback to support business development
- Prepare and follow up commercial proposals, quotations, customer requirements, purchase orders, and contract progress in coordination with the company team
- Manage and update the customer pipeline, including opportunities, trial progress, follow up actions, expected order values, and decision timelines
- Coordinate customer requirements with production and operations to support sample preparation, order planning, packaging needs, and delivery schedules
- Develop long term customer relationships and identify opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or related scientific field
- 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, product application, food safety, hygiene products, laboratory work, quality, or B2B client development
- Professional working proficiency in English and Arabic
- Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, email communication, customer follow up tools, and structured visit reporting
- Preferred exposure to food manufacturing, restaurants, central kitchens, poultry, fresh produce, detergents, disinfectants, laboratory services, or industrial hygiene solutions

- We are hiring a Scientific Product Application & Client Growth Lead to support FLORAEX’s growth across food service, food manufacturing, poultry, fresh produce, and industrial hygiene sectors.
- This role is designed for a candidate who can combine scientific knowledge, field product application, B2B customer communication, and commercial follow up.
Role Overview
- The Scientific Product Application & Client Growth Lead will be responsible for developing customer opportunities, explaining FLORAEX products in a clear scientific and application based manner, supporting customer trials, following up on commercial opportunities, and supporting customer adoption.
Key Responsibilities

Required Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or a related scientific field.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, product application, food safety, hygiene products, laboratory work, quality, or B2B client development.
- Strong fresh graduates may be considered if they have excellent communication skills, scientific understanding, and field readiness.
- Preferred exposure to food manufacturing, restaurants, central kitchens, poultry, fresh produce, detergents, disinfectants, laboratory services, or industrial hygiene solutions.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, email communication, customer follow up tools, and structured visit reporting.
