Compensation

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, and inventory tracking.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards during experiments.
- Coordinate laboratory activities with cross-functional teams and project timelines.
- Document and analyze experimental results to identify trends and optimize processes.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and generate stakeholder reports.
Required Qualifications
