Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to work with a school district in the Kyle, TX area for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers a structured schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to help students build essential life and academic skills.
About the Role
As a school-based OT, you will help students develop the functional skills needed to succeed in the classroom and daily activities. You'll work with a diverse caseload, supporting fine motor development, sensory processing, and independence with school-related tasks.
Schedule & Setting
- Monday–Friday school hours
- No evenings or weekends
- School holidays and breaks off

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Texas OT license (or ability to obtain)
- NBCOT certification preferred
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
