- Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems according to blueprints, safety regulations, and project specifications, ensuring structural integrity and worker safety at all times
- Inspect scaffolding components for damage or wear before each use, promptly replacing faulty parts to prevent accidents and maintain optimal performance
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other tradespeople to determine the best scaffolding solutions for different project needs and access requirements
- Securely anchor scaffolding to structures and ground surfaces using appropriate fixings and methods, accounting for wind loads and other environmental factors
