Job Description
- We are seeking an Service Delivery Manager (Applications) to oversee the deployment, integration, and support of SCADA and DC applications and related IT systems.
- The role includes managing application delivery across IT hosting infrastructure, DC containers, OTN/substation systems, and control room technologies, ensuring seamless operation and L2 support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery and integration of SCADA applications.
- Oversee IT hosting infrastructure and support systems.
- Coordinate application deployment for DC containers, OTN, and substation infra.
- Ensure integration with control room AV, video wall, and technical furniture.
- Supervise outside plant cabling and DCIM application delivery.
- Manage cybersecurity application services (firewall, AV) and L2 support.
- Oversee weather station application integration.
- Analyze, plan and develop requirements and scope of work documents about awarded and/or in pipeline projects.
- Develop and maintain projects schedules, track the progress, record, and communicate any variance well in advance.
- Conduct advanced planning of the upcoming projects tasks & activities by ensuring all prerequisites are met.
- Oversee and execute the daily tasks while ensuring all partner teams are actively working toward established milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ Experience in application delivery management IT and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with SCADA, AV systems, and DCIM.
- Strong project management and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
