The Lead Full Stack Application Developer role will be responsible for leading the broader process of developing and deploying enhancements and/or new applications used in local, networked, cloud-based or internet-related computer programs.
They will use their extensive expertise in programming languages, tools, and delivery models, in conjunction with their methodology expertise to collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions.
This role requires an expert understanding of programming languages, tools, and delivery models, as well as the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
The incumbent will lead multiple stakeholders, including project teams, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure the development process is running smoothly.
Ultimately, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's software applications are effective, efficient, and provide a seamless experience for the end-users.
