Role Overview
The Lead Full Stack Application Developer leads development and deployment of enhancements and new applications.
Applications may support local, networked, cloud-based, or internet-related computer programs.
The role focuses on SCADA and application development engineering in a manufacturing environment.
What the Role Will Do
- Analyze system requirements and guide their translation into software programming specifications.
- Mentor and coach engineers and junior developers.
- Oversee application development, coding, integration, testing, and debugging.
- Create detailed, user-friendly installation and maintenance documentation.
- Drive collaboration among users, developers, project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Encourage emerging technologies and programming languages aligned with the technology roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of software development experience in application development engineering within a manufacturing environment involving SCADA.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Ruby.
- Expertise in software development tools such as Git or Jenkins.
