About Vestas
Vestas develops, manufactures, sells, markets, installs, and maintains wind turbines and sustainable energy solutions.
Role Overview
The SCADA and Cyber Security department supports the sale, installation, and servicing of SCADA systems controlling medium and large wind power plants.
The role supports customers, service teams, and SCADA engineers across the APAC region.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled SCADA maintenance using the maintenance plan and AFRM process.
- Provide Level 1 support and troubleshoot SCADA hardware, software, OT systems, and networks onsite and remotely.
- Install SCADA systems and action C4C, TSL, and Salesforce tickets and work orders.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide input to task, parts, and tools lists.
- Support SCADA engineers onsite and provide after-hours support and standby coverage.
- Act as a SCADA ambassador onsite to customers and service teams.
Qualifications
- Hold a diploma or degree in electrical, electronics, information technology, or a similar discipline.
- Have experience with Windows, Linux, SQL database administration, industrial SCADA systems, and network configuration.
