Responsibilities
- Write UI copy including buttons, labels, placeholders, and error messages
- Create and refine system messages, notifications, and pop ups in a clear and engaging style
- Develop UX content that guides users throughout service browsing and booking journeys
- Contribute to building a unified tone of voice and language style guide for the platform
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, development teams, and content teams to ensure consistency
- Write and edit content in both Arabic and English with equivalent meaning, tone, and clarity
- Improve and refine copy based on user feedback, analytics, and behavior patterns
- Write automated messaging content such as emails and in app notifications
- Conduct text clarity and usability testing with designers and developers
- Participate in creating content for help pages, FAQs, and support documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Arabic language, communications, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX writing or digital content creation
- Excellent command of Modern Standard Arabic with full understanding of Saudi dialect and culture
- Strong ability to simplify language and write clear, user friendly content
- Good understanding of UX design principles and user interaction
- Proficiency in English (reading and writing)

- We’re looking for a talented UX Writer to join one of our clients’ teams and help craft clear, user friendly, and engaging content across the platform’s interfaces.
- This role requires creativity, strong writing skills in both Arabic and English, and the ability to simplify complex information while maintaining a consistent, friendly tone aligned with the brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Write UI copy including buttons, labels, placeholders, and error messages.

Qualifications
