Purpose of Job
Manage and execute administrative activities related to rig crews and assist the Tool Pusher with rig administration and material logistics.
Report directly to the Tool Pusher and manage rig communication and logistical organization within H&P Saudi Arabia.
Supervision and Coordination
- Supervise rig and ambulance drivers and gate guards.
- Coordinate communication and logistics between the rig and H&P base, including flights, crew changes, and equipment movement.
- Carry out administrative and material logistics work as directed by the Tool Pusher.
- Ensure gate guards follow procedures and provide supporting administrative tasks to the Medic.
Rig Administration
- Keep the Emergency Response Plan contact list up to date.
- Brief arriving personnel and record details from all personnel.
- Distribute morning reports as required.
- Maintain rig and camp filing and reporting systems.
- Manage and control the Safe Journey Management system.
- Keep received and transmitted information confidential and do not distribute it without Tool Pusher approval.
