Facilitate the successful handoff of programs to Execution Program Managers at the start of Phase B and support continuity through Phase C as required.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Operations, Business Development, and Program Management teams to ensure program success.

Review and interpret customer SOWs and contractual requirements to ensure clear communication and understanding across all stakeholders.
Partner with Execution Program Managers to translate customer and supplier requirements into Program Management Plans and other critical program execution artifacts.
Ensure all program documentation supports a successful transition from Bid & Proposal (Phase A1/2) to program execution (Phase B/C).

BENEFITS
The annual base salary range for this position is <$125,000- $166,000>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive eligible.
