Responsibilities
- Validate and support the design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA SD and TM solutions
- Ensure accurate implementation of Order to Cash (O2C), shipping, freight planning, and transportation execution processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Drive integration activities across SAP modules including MM, EWM, FICO, PP, PM, QM, and PS
- Prepare Functional Specifications for RICEFW developments and coordinate with technical teams
- Support system testing activities including SIT, UAT, and Cutover phases
- Validate system integrity and ensure business process compliance
- Design and implement reporting and analytics solutions
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor sales performance, delivery efficiency, freight cost optimization, and transportation compliance
- Provide functional support during implementation and post go live phases
- Work closely with project teams, business users, and leadership stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA SD and TM solutions
- Knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C), shipping, freight planning, and transportation execution
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Experience with integration across SAP modules (MM, EWM, FICO, PP, PM, QM, PS)
- Experience in preparing Functional Specifications for RICEFW developments
- Experience in system testing (SIT, UAT, Cutover)
