About the Role
We are seeking an SAP QTC (Quote to Cash) Lead with strong Sales & Distribution (SD) expertise to support a large SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation program. This role will lead the Order to Cash workstream, standardizing processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving a successful deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement SAP S/4HANA best practices for QTC processes.
- Define and standardize Order to Cash workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment.
- Lead and mentor functional leads and analysts in the QTC workstream.
- Manage integration with Record to Report , Source to Pay , and Plan to Produce processes.
- Oversee testing, user training, and deployment activities.
- Support post-go-live operations and performance management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in QTC (Quote to Cash) and OTC (Order to Cash) processes.
- Strong skills in SAP SD , Logistics Execution (LE) , and Global Trade Services (GTS) .
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Previous ERP program leadership or management experience.
- Preferred: SAP SD Certification.
