Role Overview
Lead SAP project management across implementation, migration, rollout, and application support engagements.
Manage SAP S/4HANA solutions, teams, stakeholders, delivery standards, and customer expectations.
Experience and Core Competencies
- Eight to ten years of SAP project management experience across implementation, migration, and AMS engagements.
- At least 10 years of formal education.
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA project management experience with specialization in at least one SAP module.
- Strong English communication skills; Hindi knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience working under pressure, meeting deadlines, taking ownership, and delivering customer support.
SAP and Support Skills
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, system operations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Experience managing incidents, problems, and changes with ITIL, SLA, and KPI adherence.
- Experience with end-to-end AMS support, root cause analysis, defect resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of SAP integrations including IDOCs, RFC, and interfaces with non-SAP systems.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, output management, batch management, inventory, procurement, transport management, and system upgrades.
- Working knowledge of Solution Manager, ServiceNow, or other ticketing tools.
