The role supports SAP-led transformation programs and client outcomes.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end SAP program delivery within agreed time, budget, quality, scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead governance, planning, cross-functional SAP teams, dependencies, risks, and change control.
- Oversee design, build, testing, cutover, go-live, issue resolution, and production or hypercare readiness.
- Manage senior stakeholders, executive reporting, steering committees, system integrators, and SAP relationships.
- Apply SAP landscape knowledge and delivery governance to mitigate risks and meet organizational standards.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proven experience leading multiple full-lifecycle SAP implementations, including ECC or S/4HANA.
- Deep functional or technical expertise across multiple SAP modules.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA capabilities, roadmap, and migration strategies.
- Experience with RISE with SAP and cloud-hosted SAP landscapes.
- Exposure to government or large-enterprise programs.
- SAP certification, such as Activate or Agile.
- Project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Experience managing system integrators and SAP directly.
Preferred Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Arabic speaking ability is preferred.
- Experience managing projects in MEA countries, especially Saudi Arabia and the UAE, is preferred.
- Experience delivering projects for oil and gas companies and public-sector clients is preferred.
