Role Overview
Lead the group-wide SAP S/4HANA implementation and legacy modernization as SAP Project Director and Group Program Manager.

Oracle EBS to SAP Transition
- Direct the transition from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA across transitional states and coexistence periods.
- Lead legacy data extraction, cleansing, and transformation using SAP ADM, SAP Data Services, or Migration Cockpit.
- Harmonize Oracle EBS and SAP process mappings across finance, supply chain, organizational, and business partner structures.
- Direct legacy decommissioning, historical data archiving, compliance retention, and cutover sequencing.
SAP Architectural Governance
- Serve as the internal SAP solutions authority and enforce Clean Core principles and SAP Activate methodology.
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and evaluate RICEFW custom code and extensions across core SAP modules.
- Oversee integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Integration Suite.
PMO and Partner Governance
- Lead the central PMO and standardize methodologies, RAID logs, resource loading, and deployment waves.
- Manage system integrator performance, technical deliverable quality, SOW adherence, and change requests.
- Oversee technical and functional audits across SIT, UAT, performance testing, and go-live readiness.
Qualifications and Technical Requirements
- 15 or more years of IT leadership experience and 10 or more years leading large-scale SAP transformations.
- Experience directing at least one full-lifecycle Oracle EBS to SAP migration in a multi-entity enterprise.
- Deep SAP expertise across FI/CO, Supply Chain modules, SuccessFactors, SAC, and BTP.
- Strong Oracle EBS architecture knowledge across Financials, SCM, and HRMS.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA, PMP/PgMP, and SAP Activate certifications are preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 10,000 per month.
