Role Description
This is a Contract role for a Procurement Coordinator having good expertise working in SAP Ariba.
The primary responsibilities include managing the end-to-end procurement process, creating and processing purchase orders, facilitating communications with vendors, and ensuring best practices in procurement workflows.
The role also involves data analysis to support cost-effective purchasing decisions, ensuring compliance with organisational procurement policies.
📍 Location: On-site (Abu Dhabi, UAE)
📅Notice Period : Immediate joiners (max 1 month), Please don't apply if NP is beyond 1 month
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Min 2+ years of experience as a Procurement Coordinator
- Proficiency in Procurement and Purchasing processes, including an in-depth understanding of Purchase Orders
- Strong Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers
- Analytical Skills to evaluate procurement data and identify cost optimisation opportunities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines effectively
- Experience with
Sap Ariba
- and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Familiarity with procurement best practices and vendor management strategies
- Government sector procurement experience will be an added advantage
