SAP Platform Operation & Security Lead (BASIS / GRC)

Requirements

• Strong ability to manage and operate SAP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS operations.
• Ability to manage system stability, performance monitoring, and incident resolution.
• Strong knowledge of SAP security and access management.
• Ability to design and manage SAP roles and authorizations.
• Knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control and access risk management.
• Ability to support audit and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage system patching, transports, refreshes, and upgrades.
• Ability to coordinate with HEC and manage SLA requirements.
• Knowledge of security and integration for related systems such as SuccessFactors, CPI, BTP, and Fiori.
• 7 to 9 years of experience in SAP BASIS and SAP Security.
• Experience managing SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud hosted on HEC or similar cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control.
• Experience in audit compliance support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS administration, transport management, and system monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of SAP security, role design, SoD concepts, and access governance.
