Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations and support for multi-country payroll landscapes.
- Act as Functional Lead for payroll transformation initiatives and ensure compliance with UAE and APAC statutory regulations.
- Drive SAP HCM Payroll solutions across S/4 HCM, SuccessFactors EC/ECP, and integrated payroll systems.
- Manage large-scale payroll rollouts, enhancements, and support programs across multiple legal entities.
- Oversee incident management and resolution to maintain payroll continuity and minimize business disruption.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, build, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and end-user training sessions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure adherence to best practices and delivery standards.
- Drive process optimization, automation, and compliance assurance initiatives.
- Support integrations across payroll, finance, time management, and HR master data systems.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 18,000 to AED 24,000 per month.

- The work location is in person.
Requirements
- Lead-level experience delivering end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations and support for multi-country payroll landscapes.
- Knowledge of UAE and APAC statutory payroll regulations.
- Experience with S/4 HCM, SuccessFactors EC/ECP, and integrated payroll systems.
- Ability to manage large-scale payroll rollouts, enhancements, and support programs across multiple legal entities.
- Ability to lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, build, UAT, and deployment.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to mentor junior consultants and follow delivery best practices.
