SAP MM & SAP Ariba Manager | 7+ years

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and conduct client fit-gap analyses.
• Design and configure SAP MM Procure-to-Pay, inventory, material master, valuation, and procurement processes.
• Configure purchasing, inventory, invoice verification, pricing, tax, account determination, split valuation, batch management, and MRP-related parameters.
• Manage MM integration with FI, SD, PP, QM, and other SAP modules.
• Prepare specifications, coordinate RICEFW development, and support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and deployment.
• Perform SAP data migration and support Migration Cockpit, LTMC, and LTMOM activities.
• Configure and support Ariba–S/4HANA integration, including master data and transaction flows.
• Support Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance processes.
• Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, stakeholder coordination, mentoring, proposals, RFPs, estimations, and practice development.

Mandatory Requirements

• 8–12 years of SAP MM experience.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement and SAP MM Procure-to-Pay expertise.
• Experience with SAP MM configuration, inventory, Logistics Invoice Verification, Material Master, MM-FI and MM-SD integration, and SAP data migration.
• Strong SAP Ariba implementation and integration experience using CIG, CPI, or SAP Integration Suite.
• Minimum four full-lifecycle SAP implementations, one or two S/4HANA implementation or migration projects, and one SAP Ariba implementation or integration project.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, strong communication, stakeholder management, client-facing skills, independent working, and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
• MBA, postgraduate qualification, and SAP certification are preferred or advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Relevant technologies and processes include cXML, Business Partner, Material Ledger, Fiori, RICEFW, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, and SLP.
• Preferred exposure includes SAP Business Network for Supply Chain, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ariba Spend Analysis, Supply Chain Collaboration, SAP BTP, Clean Core, extensibility, and ABAP debugging.

Workplace and Travel

• The role is described as hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
• Willingness to travel based on project requirements is expected.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹615,056.20 to ₹4,500,000.00 per year.
