- Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall SAP experience, with at least 6–8 years in SAP IS-U Device Management Prior experience working in a plant, power generation, or energy/utility company environment (highly preferred) Strong hands-on configuration experience in DM: installation structures, register/device categories, meter reading units, and reading results processing Good understanding of integration with IS-U Billing, Rate Determination, and FICA Experience with meter reading order (MRO) processing, upload/download, and estimation/plausibility logic Exposure to smart metering/AMI concepts and interval data handling (MDUS/MDM systems) Working knowledge of mass activities, background job scheduling, and performance tuning in DM Experience in incident/problem management tools (ServiceNow, Solution Manager, etc.) Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills to work effectively with onshore/offshore teams ITIL process awareness for support engagements
