Role Summary

  • We are looking for a senior HR Technology leader to own the complete HR Technology portfolio, digital transformation roadmap, governance, delivery excellence, vendor management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • The ideal candidate should combine strong portfolio management capabilities with hands on SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience and enterprise HR transformation leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end to end HR Technology portfolio and strategic roadmap.
  • Lead enterprise HR digital transformation initiatives and governance.
  • Manage multiple concurrent delivery programs, agile teams, and vendors.
  • Drive executive stakeholder engagement with CHRO, CIO, Finance, Procurement, and HR Leadership.
  • Lead budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX planning, investment approvals, and business cases.
  • Govern SAP implementation partners, vendors, contracts, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Drive AI powered HR automation, employee experience, and digital innovation initiatives.
  • Provide delivery leadership across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, APIs, Payroll Integrations, and Enterprise HR Platforms.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years in IT Program, Portfolio, or Delivery Management.
  • 5+ years managing HR Technology portfolios.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
  • Completed at least one end to end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation.
  • Experience managing enterprise HR transformation programs.
  • Strong expertise in CAPEX, OPEX, budgeting, business cases, and executive governance.
  • Experience managing SAP implementation partners, RFPs, vendors, contracts, and SLAs.
  • Hands on experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, CPI, APIs, HR Integrations, and Employee Central.
  • Exposure to SAP Joule, AI powered HR solutions, RPA, Chatbots, and Agentic Automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Hybrid Delivery methodologies.
