Responsibilities
- Own the end to end HR Technology portfolio and strategic roadmap
- Lead enterprise HR digital transformation initiatives and governance
- Manage multiple concurrent delivery programs, agile teams, and vendors
- Drive executive stakeholder engagement with CHRO, CIO, Finance, Procurement, and HR Leadership
- Lead budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX planning, investment approvals, and business cases
- Govern SAP implementation partners, vendors, contracts, KPIs, and SLAs
- Drive AI powered HR automation, employee experience, and digital innovation initiatives
- Provide delivery leadership across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, APIs, Payroll Integrations, and Enterprise HR Platforms
Requirements
- 8+ years in IT Program, Portfolio, or Delivery Management
- 5+ years managing HR Technology portfolios with minimum 3 years of hands on SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Completed at least one end to end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation
- Experience managing enterprise HR transformation programs
- Strong expertise in CAPEX, OPEX, budgeting, business cases, and executive governance
- Experience managing SAP implementation partners, RFPs, vendors, contracts, and SLAs
- Hands on experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, CPI, APIs, HR Integrations, and Employee Central
- Exposure to SAP Joule, AI powered HR solutions, RPA, Chatbots, and Agentic Automation
