Responsibilities
- Own end to end solution architecture for SAP HANA migration and platform transformation
- Define and govern architecture, design standards, and best practices
- Act as the single technical lead across all delivery streams (SAP, infrastructure, partners)
- Lead SAP HANA migration (Brownfield/Greenfield/Hybrid)
- Drive system conversion, landscape transformation, and optimization
- Ensure performance tuning and post migration stabilization
- Lead compute/platform deployment (Dell / ATOS or equivalent environments)
- Oversee VM migration and virtualization strategy
- Drive infrastructure sizing, provisioning, and optimization
- Lead SAN migration / storage modernization initiatives
- Design and implement HA/DR strategies (HANA System Replication, clustering, DR drills)
- Define backup, recovery, and business continuity frameworks
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of SAP technical experience with strong SAP HANA specialization
- Proven experience as SAP HANA Architect / Migration Lead in large programs
- Strong expertise in SAP HANA migration (SUM DMO, System Conversion, Landscape Transformation)
- Strong expertise in infrastructure modernization (Compute, Storage, Virtualization)
- Strong expertise in VM migration (VMware/Hyper V or similar)
- Strong expertise in SAN/storage technologies
- Strong expertise in HA/DR, backup, and business continuity
- Experience working in multi vendor environments with strong stakeholder management

Role Overview
- We are looking for a highly experienced SAP HANA Architect / Technical Lead to drive a large scale end to end SAP HANA migration and infrastructure transformation program. This role requires a senior SAP certified professional who can take full ownership across architecture, migration, infrastructur
