The Opportunity

Experience and Qualifications

• Prior experience in bid and delivery solutioning and core delivery in the relevant technology area.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in more than one of EWM, FICO, SD, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Customer Experience, and IBP, or as an overall solution architect.
• Experience working with onsite teams in business development or delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• At least 2 years of business development experience and 7–11 years of overall experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration with other applications and systems in an IT landscape.
• Strong verbal and written communication and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Ability to understand Activate, Agile, SDLC, Scrum, and other business fundamentals.
• End-to-end solution design for implementation RFPs is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP solutions and relevant industries for prospective customers.
• Provide customer stories and proof points.
• Support RFx completion for customer proposals.
• Engage clients to understand requirements, scope work, and define solutions.
• Explain business benefits, use cases, and roadmaps.
• Create innovative solution designs using the organization’s service offerings.
• Build RFP/RFI synopses and articulate customer requirements.
• Participate in meetings with delivery managers, account managers, client partners, and other stakeholders.
