Role Overview
Support functional administration and daily operations for Deployment Solutions applications, with primary emphasis on SAP Concur Expense.
Help maintain efficient travel and expense processes, policy compliance, financial accuracy, user support, and scalable application operations.
Support other assigned Deployment Solutions applications or future supported platforms as needed.
Concur Platform Management
- Administer users, groups, permissions, workflows, configurations, and routine maintenance in the SAP Concur platform.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical Concur issues with information technology, finance, compliance, vendors, and other teams.
- Stay informed about Concur updates and support testing and adoption of relevant changes.
Expense Processing and Audit
- Review and support employee expense report processing.
- Verify receipts, coding, policy adherence, and required expense documentation.
- Support Concur Audit and Verify processes and route discrepancies or policy violations for appropriate action.
- Support reconciliation of corporate credit card transactions and travel expenses where applicable.
