SAP BTP / CPI Technical Architect

Position Overview

Job Details

• Location is described as Hyderabad with hybrid/offshore wording; the posting also states an in-person work location.
• The budget is up to ₹3 lakhs per month, while a separate pay field states ₹3,000,000 to ₹3,500,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern end-to-end architecture across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, IAS, IPS, and third-party applications.
• Design, develop, and oversee enterprise integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Architect secure, scalable, and high-performing integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Lead SuccessFactors API, OData, Compound Employee API, Integration Center, MDF, and file-based integration work.
• Govern SAP BTP solutions involving CPI, API Management, SAP Build, and Cloud Connector.
• Establish standards for integration design, security, monitoring, logging, and exception handling.
• Design authentication, SSO, and user provisioning using IAS, IPS, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Conduct architecture reviews and validate APIs, security designs, specifications, and data flows.
• Troubleshoot complex integration, connectivity, authentication, and performance issues.
• Mentor technical teams and guide SAP functional and integration consultants.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of overall SAP experience and proven experience as a Technical Architect in SAP cloud integration projects.
• Strong hands-on SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite (CPI) experience.
• Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors technical architecture and integrations.
• Experience with IAS, IPS, REST APIs, OData, SOAP, SFTP, XML, JSON, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience integrating SAP platforms with third-party enterprise applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, architectural design, documentation, stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work with global stakeholders in the Singapore time zone.
• SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, and SAP SuccessFactors certifications are preferred.
• Hyderabad-based candidates are preferred.
