Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • - 10+ years of SAP Basis experience with proven experience as SAP Basis Lead / Technical Lead.
  • - Strong hands-on experience with SAP landscapes ( S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Solution Manager, SAP HANA ).
  • - Expertise in SAP Basis administration, upgrades, migrations, system refreshes, kernel updates, and performance tuning.
  • - Strong knowledge of SAP Security, user authorization, roles, and audit compliance.
  • - Experience managing SAP Basis teams and ensuring SLA compliance.
  • - Experience with HA/DR, backup & recovery strategies.
  • - Good knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems.
  • - Strong leadership and communication skills.
