- Administer and monitor SAP systems including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and transport management.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues.
- Manage user administration, roles, and authorizations.
- Support SAP landscape across Development, Quality, and Production environments.
- Handle system backups, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery planning.
- Coordinate with functional consultants and technical teams to support project delivery.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1 3 years of hands on experience in SAP Basis administration
- Knowledge of SAP system landscape management; familiarity with SAP NetWeaver and SAP S/4HANA is a plus
- Familiarity with Linux or Windows operating systems; familiarity with database administration using Oracle, HANA, or SQL Server is a plus
- Experience with SAP transport management
- Experience performing SAP system upgrades and patching
- Experience managing SAP user roles and authorizations
- Experience with SAP backups and disaster recovery
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
- SAP Basis certification is a plus

Role Overview
