Responsibilities
- Maintain high level of operational support for SAP incidents, requests, problems, changes, and testing
- Support SAP S/4HANA functional operation and post go live stabilization
- Provide day to day functional support for assigned SAP modules and business processes
- Analyze and resolve functional issues, data inconsistencies, and process exceptions
- Support month end, billing, order management, logistics, and other time sensitive business cycles
- Coordinate with business SMEs, IT technical teams, SAP Basis/Security resources, and vendors
- Support FI/CO including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Material Ledger
- Support SD/LE including sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit/debit memo processing
- Support cross module integration between FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM
- Support controlled SAP changes through configuration review, requirement gathering, testing, and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Quality, Engineering, Data)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of SAP functional experience, preferably including SAP S/4HANA implementation or manufacturing support
- Experience in one or more SAP functional areas such as FI/CO, SD, LE
- Functional knowledge of business processes such as Record to Report, Order to Cash, logistics execution
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot, document, and resolve SAP functional issues
- Experience with incident management, change management, testing, and documentation practices

Position Summary
- The SAP Analyst FI/CO & SD is an internal IT resource responsible for supporting, stabilizing, and improving SAP S/4HANA business processes within assigned functional areas.
- The role provides functional support across Finance and Controlling (FI/CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), and related integration points.
Position Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Maintain high level of operational support through incident and request support, problem investigation, change and release support, testing, and documentation
- SAP Functional Support and Stabilization: Support SAP S/4HANA functional operation and post go live stabilization
- Assigned Module Support and Integration: Provide functional support for FI/CO, SD/LE, cross module integration, EDI related support, and master data
- Configuration, Testing, Documentation, and Enhancements: Support controlled SAP changes through configuration review, requirement gathering, testing, and documentation
- Customer Service and Business Partnership: Provide effective customer service and business partnership through timely response, clear communication, and support for user training
Skills/Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of SAP functional experience
- Experience in one or more SAP functional areas such as FI/CO, SD, LE
- Functional knowledge of business processes such as Record to Report, Order to Cash, logistics execution
