We are seeking a **highly motivated, professional, and business-minded Beauty Expert / Salon Supervisor** to join our growing team and support the salon’s success.
Marketing & Business Growth
- Promote salon services professionally
- Support social media and customer attraction strategies
- Identify future beauty trends and business opportunities
- Contribute to salon growth and brand visibility
Salon Supervision & Operations
- Supervise daily salon activities
- Maintain high service quality standards
- Ensure smooth workflow and team coordination
- Support company policies and operational excellence
Customer Care Excellence
- Build strong client relationships
- Provide professional consultations
- Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
- Handle client concerns professionally
Technical Beauty Services
- Candidate must be professionally skilled as:
- **Professional Hairdresser** (styling, coloring, treatments, cutting, finishing) **and/or**
- **Professional Make-up Artist** (beauty, bridal, and event makeup)
Candidate Requirements
✔ **Arabic culture and speaker (Required)**
✔ Fluent in English
✔ Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
✔ Fully committed to company vision and mission
✔ Strong knowledge of beauty industry trends
✔ Professional appearance and communication skills
✔ UAE salon experience preferred
✔ **Own visa holders will have priority**
AED 3,000 Fixed Salary plus
Attractive **Commission Structure Agreed on revenue base**
