Firstcity Medical Center is hiring a Salon Supervisor for a ladies salon in Abu Dhabi.
The role manages daily operations, customer service, and salon standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee staff performance and daily workflow.
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Maintain hygiene and salon presentation.
- Manage appointments, inventory, and product stock.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Support promotions and service improvements.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Salon Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong communication and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of beauty services and salon operations.
- Presentable, organized, and customer-focused approach.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,020.40 to AED 10,650.19 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
