- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate schedules for stylists/therapists to maximise efficiency
- Keep reception tidy and stocked
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate where necessary
- Manage bookings targets to support sales goals
- Oversee inventory of products and supplies to ensure availability
Requirements
- Receptionist experience or background in customer service/hospitality (salon experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation with confidence and polish

The Role
- As our Salon Receptionist, you'll be the heartbeat of our front desk — managing appointments, greeting clients, and keeping the salon running smoothly behind the scenes.
