Job Description

  • We are looking for a friendly and professional Salon Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, handling calls and messages, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients in a professional manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries.
  • Handle billing and payment transactions.
  • Maintain client records and appointment schedules.
  • Support the salon team with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Pay

  • AED 2,500.00 AED 3,000.00 per hour
