- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Explain treatments, packages, prices, and aftercare instructions
- Perform laser hair removal, laser facial treatments, and professional facials
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms according to hygiene and safety standards
- Follow up with clients after treatments
- Support the team with daily clinic operations
- Help promote clinic services, packages, and special offers
Requirements
- Previous experience as a salon, spa, or aesthetic clinic receptionist
- Professional qualification or certification in laser and facial treatments
- Legally permitted to perform laser treatments in accordance with local regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident using appointment booking systems, WhatsApp, email, and basic computer programs
- Well groomed, organised, reliable, and punctual
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy clinic
- Fluency in English is required
