The receptionist serves as the face of the salon and supports smooth front desk operations.
Main Duties
- Greet clients politely and provide assistance throughout their visit.
- Organize and manage appointment bookings efficiently.
- Handle phone calls and answer inquiries about services and prices.
- Oversee client check-in and check-out, including payments and daily cash handling.
- Keep the reception area tidy and well presented.
- Assist in promoting salon services and products.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Address and resolve customer issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfort using booking systems and salon software.
- Ability to manage payments, accounts, and basic financial tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good command of English at a minimum very good level.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a salon environment, is required.

The position is full-time.
