Role Overview
Salon Receptionist position at a ladies beauty salon in Al Barsha, Dubai.
The role combines front-desk customer service, appointment coordination, payments, records, inventory, and daily salon administration.
Responsibilities
- Manage the salon reception area and greet clients professionally.
- Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and walk-in clients through the salon booking system.
- Respond to inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
- Coordinate schedules with Nail Masters, Hair Stylists, and other salon professionals.
- Handle payments, daily sales records, client records, and appointment information.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels and coordinate purchasing when required.
- Support daily salon operations, client follow-ups, promotions, and customer retention.
- Keep reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle client concerns professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent Russian and English communication skills are mandatory.
- Previous salon or front-desk reception experience is highly preferred.
- Salon booking or POS systems experience is preferred.
- Inventory management, stock control, and purchasing experience are advantageous.
