Overview
We are a reputable salon seeking a qualified Salon Manager with proven expertise in hair treatments to lead a high-performing team, elevate client results, and drive salon growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of UAE experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be arabic speaking.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the salon.
- Excellent expertise in hair treatments.
- Experience in salon operations.
- Maintain high customer service levels; handle complaints promptly, efficiently, and confidentially, initiating corrective actions as required.
- Ensure quality assurance.
- Implement fresh, effective methods to retain and grow the customer base.
- Supervise staff and ensure branch staff adhere to company rules and service procedures.
- Perform other duties as required by the Owner.
- Identify and prioritize guest needs and determine products or services to meet those needs.
- Handle guests’ complaints and resolve them on the spot.
- Create process-improvement teams by setting targets.
- Provide health and hygiene awareness to staff in monthly meetings.
- Plan, train, and provide resources to the team; integrate management to drive daily process improvements, followed by standardization.
- Evaluate progress against the plan and adjust as needed.
Work Location: In person
Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
