Blowhaus JVC is looking for a Salon Manager / Senior Stylist to oversee daily operations and service clients at a blowdry and styling bar in Dubai. The role includes managing a team of 3 stylists, performing blow-dries, haircuts, and extensions.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day running of the salon
- Manage, coach and support a team of 3 stylists
- Create staff schedules and manage attendance
- Ensure salon cleanliness, presentation and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to the owners
- Manage client complaints and service recovery professionally
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed correctly
- Drive team performance and maintain high service standards
- Act as the primary point of contact between the salon and owners
- Identify operational improvements and implement solutions
- Perform professional blow dries and styling services
- Support the team during busy periods and step onto the salon floor when required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years salon experience
- Previous experience managing or supervising a salon team
- Strong blow dry and styling skills with hot tool
- Hair cutting experience
- Hair extension experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Experience using Fresha or similar booking systems
- Fluent English

About the Role
- We are looking for a Salon Manager / Senior Stylist to be the face of our salon operations and the main point of contact between the salon team and the owners.
- This is a hands on role where you will be expected to both manage the salon and actively service clients.
- You will oversee daily operations, manage a team of 3 stylists, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain salon standards, and help drive the success and growth of the business.
- We are looking for someone who can take ownership, solve problems independently, and ensure the salon runs smoothly every day.
Key Responsibilities Salon Management & Operations
- Oversee the day to day running of the salon

- Perform ladies' haircuts and trims
- Carry out hair colouring services (future)
- Apply and maintain hair extensions
- Conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable services
- Support the team during busy periods and step onto the salon floor when required
Requirements Essential
- Minimum 5 years salon experience
- Previous experience managing or supervising a salon team
- Strong blow dry and styling skills with hot tool
- Hair cutting experience
- Hair extension experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Experience using Fresha or similar booking systems
- Fluent English
Preferred
- Existing Dubai salon experience
- Existing client following
