Role Description

Responsibilities
- Support and coach team members, oversee hiring and onboarding, and maintain professional standards.
- Implement promotions and campaigns with the wider brand strategy.
- Address client feedback and maintain the salon environment according to quality and customer experience expectations.
- Drive client experience, retention, loyalty, training, and growth initiatives.
- Scout and support new branches and franchise locations.
Requirements
- Ensure every service and client experience consistently meets salon standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the salon team day to day.
