- Iris salon is seeking a Salon Supervisor/Manager to oversee daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Supervise salon staff, schedule shifts, train and evaluate performance, handle personnel issues.
- Customer Service: Greet and assist clients, resolve complaints, promote services, ensure satisfaction.
- Salon Operations: Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, inventory, booking system, daily follow up, meeting targets.
- Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, control expenses, increase profitability, promote sales.
- Marketing & Client Relations: Develop promotional campaigns, build client relationships, handle inquiries.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure equipment sanitized and protocols followed.
- Administrative Duties: Assist in developing salon policies and procedures.
Qualifications
