Salon Administrator – Nails LAB, Business Bay, Dubai
Type:** Full-time
**Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
About Us
Nails LAB is a premium **beauty salon** in JLT, Dubai, known for its modern design, expert team, and exceptional client care.
We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented **Salon Administrator** to join our growing team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create a positive first impression
- Manage appointment bookings, schedules, and staff coordination
- Handle POS transactions, invoicing, and daily reports
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM or salon software
- Support the salon team and ensure outstanding customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for clear, professional client interactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in **salon administration, reception, or customer service**
- Strong computer and organizational skills (Excel, Word, POS systems)
- Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Candidates **currently residing in the UAE** are preferred
- Experience in sales is advantageous.
