Company Overview

  • Founded in 2025 in Riyadh, iBuild is a startup with a bold vision: to transform the building materials market in Saudi Arabia through innovative digital solutions.
  • We are currently looking for a Salesperson to join us in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new buyer leads: contractors, developers, and project sites through outbound calls, WhatsApp, site visits, and referrals.
  • Qualify incoming and self generated leads, and book meetings and demos.
  • Run product demos that show buyers how the iBuild platform works, from search to quotation to ordering and delivery tracking.
  • Guide interested buyers from first contact all the way through to placing their first order.
  • Follow up persistently on open quotations and opportunities to convert them into confirmed orders.
  • Maintain accurate, up to date records of every activity and opportunity in the CRM.
  • Handle day to day buyer questions and objections, escalating complex commercial issues to the Senior Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate with the supplier and operations teams to make sure quotes are accurate and orders are deliverable.
  • Support repeat ordering and provide light account management for smaller buyers.
  • Meet weekly activity and conversion targets (calls, meetings, quotes, and orders).
  • Gather buyer feedback from the field and share it with the team.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales, business development, or field sales experience, ideally in construction, building materials, or a related sector.
  • A hungry, proactive attitude and comfort with high volume outreach and rejection.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly with contractors and site staff.
  • Good organization and reliable follow up, with comfort using CRM tools.
  • Fluent Arabic and excellent English.
  • A valid driving license and willingness to do field visits across the city and region.
  • Comfort operating in a early stage startup environment.
