Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong network of retailers, resellers, wholesalers, and bulk buyers
- Drive B2B sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Communicate regularly with customers through WhatsApp regarding enquiries, follow ups, order confirmations, and payment coordination
- Create and maintain product catalogues on WhatsApp Business
- Share new collections, promotional offers, stock updates, and product availability with customers through WhatsApp
- Present product catalogues, pricing, promotions, and new collections to clients
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and convert WhatsApp leads into confirmed orders
- Negotiate order quantities, pricing, margins, payment terms, and delivery timelines
- Generate repeat business through strong relationship management and regular follow ups
- Identify, approach, and onboard new wholesale clients
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
- Travel for client meetings and market visits when required
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in wholesale garment, apparel, or textile sales
- Proven track record of managing bulk orders and B2B customers
- Strong experience using WhatsApp Business for customer communication and sales
- Ability to create, update, and manage product catalogues on WhatsApp
- Strong written communication skills for professional WhatsApp conversations
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow up, and closing skills
- Good understanding of wholesale pricing, margins, and customer relationship management
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
- Must be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE
- Fluency in Hindi, English, or other languages commonly used within the target customer market will be an advantage
- Experience working with retailers, resellers, wholesalers, or garment buyers serving the South Asian market is preferred

- Add new products, images, prices, sizes, colours, and product details to the WhatsApp catalogue
- Share new collections, promotional offers, stock updates, and product availability with customers through WhatsApp
- Present product catalogues, pricing, promotions, and new collections to clients
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and convert WhatsApp leads into confirmed orders
- Negotiate order quantities, pricing, margins, payment terms, and delivery timelines

- Willingness to travel for client meetings
- Must be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE
Preferred Profile
- Fluency in Hindi, English, or other languages commonly used within the target customer market will be an advantage
- Experience working with retailers, resellers, wholesalers, or garment buyers serving the South Asian market is preferred
- An existing client network in the wholesale garment market will be a strong advantage
- Experience generating and closing sales through WhatsApp is preferred
- Proven ability to identify, develop, and onboard new B2B customers
- Familiarity with the buying preferences and commercial practices of garment retailers and wholesalers in the UAE
