Performance Sales Exec.

Location: UAE (Remote And Hybrid)

Compensation: 100% Performance Based In Probation Period (Commission Only) (Competitive percentages)

Role Overview

Mind Labs is hiring high-performance sales operators to close B2B clients for AI-driven business infrastructure systems.

This is not a salaried role.

You are compensated strictly on results.

You are responsible for converting qualified leads into paying clients across our service packages (ranging from low to multiple 5 figure packages).

What You Are Selling

  • AI-powered business operating systems
  • Automation and workflow infrastructure
  • Lead generation and revenue optimization systems
  • Full-stack data and decision-making frameworks
  • Target clients:
  • SME founders
  • Managing directors
  • Agency owners
  • Operators with 6 to 8 figures annual revenue

Commission structure discussed in first round interviews.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery and sales calls with qualified prospects
  • Diagnose business inefficiencies and position Mind Labs solutions
  • Close high-ticket deals ($3K–$20K+)
  • Maintain pipeline discipline and follow-ups
  • Report weekly performance metrics

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience closing high-ticket B2B offers
  • Strong understanding of business operations, marketing, or systems
  • Strong understanding of AI and technology-driven solutions, or a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable selling intangible, complex solutions
  • High ownership, self-disciplined and goal oriented
  • No reliance on salary or hand-holding
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage (Preferably Arabic)
