Role Description
- The Salesperson role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Salesperson will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with travel industry clients, and present AImoz’s technology solutions to key decision makers.
- Daily activities include conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and following up on leads to close deals.
- The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies, gathering market feedback, and contributing to sales forecasts and reporting.
- The Salesperson is expected to meet sales targets, maintain accurate CRM records, and represent AImoz professionally at industry events and networking activities.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Experience in B2B technology or travel industry solutions, with the ability to understand and explain AI driven platforms and automation tools.
- Proficient in relationship management, client communication, and stakeholder engagement across diverse cultures and business environments.
- Solid business development capabilities, including market research, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management using CRM systems.
- Ability to deliver clear product presentations and demonstrations, and to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work toward defined sales targets.
- Comfort with data driven decision making and using analytics or dashboards to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous sales experience in travel technology, SaaS, or enterprise software is highly beneficial.
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in the region are an advantage.
