Role Description

This is a full-time, role for a Salesperson based in Al Yasmeen.

The Salesperson will be responsible for prospecting new clients, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales agreements.

Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, providing market insights, managing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication and service.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Lead Generation
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Ability to Conduct Market Research and Analyze Real Estate Trends
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Ajman is a must.
  • Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in real estate or related industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
