Lecmo Perfume is looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our luxury perfume retail team in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances
- Present products confidently and explain their features and benefits
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Build long term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages
- Assist with opening and closing store procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Promote ongoing campaigns, offers, and loyalty programs
- Follow company policies and maintain high standards of appearance and conduct
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
