Company Description

Role Description

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in wholesale import and export markets, including quartz and minerals, and other product categories.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate terms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Track market trends and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Represent the company in virtual meetings, contribute to strategic sales initiatives, and uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in B2B sales, account management, and lead generation, preferably within wholesale import and export or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in market research, opportunity analysis, and pipeline management using CRM or similar tools.
  • Understanding of international trade practices, basic logistics concepts, and documentation involved in cross border transactions.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with strong time management, organization, and follow through.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams, including operations, logistics, and finance.
  • Basic proficiency in office productivity tools; experience with online communication platforms.
  • Prior experience in minerals, natural stones, or related sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
