Overview
- Welcome customers in the showroom and understand their furniture needs.
- Introduce sofas, beds, dining sets, mattresses, curtains, chairs, and other home furniture products.
- Explain product materials, sizes, colors, customization options, prices, delivery, and installation details.
- Communicate with customers through showroom visits, WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media inquiries.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Prepare quotations, confirm orders, and coordinate with the production and delivery team.
- Maintain excellent customer service before and after sales.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support the company’s sales growth.
- Work at either Dubai showroom or Umm Al Quwain showroom based on business needs.
